Hughes Party Rental was created with you in mind. Our showrooms are conveniently located, with all inventory on display for your inspection. A professional staff is ready to serve you and your ideas. Our special events consultants are prepared to assist in everything from planning to presenting your celebration.
Our extensive inventory allows us to accommodate a single item or a vast array of items. We will meet your needs from the coffee pot at the executive meeting to creating the wedding of your dreams.
Reservations are accepted by telephone, or in person, for items you wish to rent. This guarantees that your order will be held exclusively for you. We may request a reservation deposit to hold your order.
All items are sanitized and individually or group wrapped. Simply remove the wrap and they are ready for use. Your order is packed with care in advance of the rental date. Please allow 7 days notice for any necessary changes.
Our pledge is to give you, our valued customer, the finest quality in rental items, and prompt and courteous service.
RATES: Rates are based on one day events. Discount prices available for weekly or monthly rental.
DELIVERY: Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our regular delivery area. Special containers are provided to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling, and "table ready". Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery.
SET-UP:
Set-up and breakdown is available at a reasonable additional charge if
arranged in advance.
